Recipe type: Entree
- 1½ pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon dried mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Preheat the broiler.
- Combine all ingredients and shape into four patties.
- Place in the broiler on a nonstick broiler pan until cooked through.
