I was so fed up with being overweight and fighting to lose it, I was ready to give up. My mother was the one who had found UNI KEY’s website when looking for healthy alternatives to weight loss. I am 24 years old, 5ft 6in. When I began using your weight loss program, I weighed 220lbs. I did the Smoothie Shakedown for the first month, and lost 13lbs and 11.5 in. off my waist. I continued to the Classic Fat Flush Plan and am in the 5th month of my diet. I have lost a grand total of 40lbs, and now weigh 180lbs. I still have 40 more pounds to go till my goal weight, but I am just so encouraged to keep going and not give up.

I love how I am eating more healthy foods now and taking care of my body! I don’t think I could ever go back to how I was before. I have never once felt deprived because of not eating certain foods.
