|Cucumber Kinda-Caprese Salad|| |
Recipe type: Salad
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 15 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Place cucumber, tomatoes and basil in a medium bowl.
- Drizzle with flaxseed oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Variation: Try sprinkling the salad with your favorite Fat Flush spices and seasonings! This salad is also lovely with the addition of 1/4 onion, finely chopped.
