Cucumber Kinda-Caprese Salad

Serves: 1
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 15 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  1. Place cucumber, tomatoes and basil in a medium bowl.
  2. Drizzle with flaxseed oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

Variation: Try sprinkling the salad with your favorite Fat Flush spices and seasonings! This salad is also lovely with the addition of 1/4 onion, finely chopped.
