  • 1 baked apple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
  1. Combine water, powder, and fruit in a blender.
  2. Add flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
