Smoothie Pops

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein
  • 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 small to medium banana (Special Occasion ingredient)
  • ½ cup whole milk plain yogurt (Special Occasion ingredient)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze.
