|Green Apple & Kale Smoothie|| |
Recipe type: smoothie
- 8 ounces of water
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein
- 1 (1/2-inch) cube of ginger
- ¼ lemon
- 1 green apple
- 1 cup of kale
- Ice, optional
- Combine water, powder, ice and fruit in a blender until smooth.
- Add flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
- Blend until all ingredients are incorporated.
