What’s Legal?
If you’ve read The NEW Fat Flush Plan and are also following the Smoothie Shakedown protocol, you may be wondering if you can incorporate some of the latest and greatest Fat Flush signatures into the Shakedown (i.e. avocado, coconut oil, etc.). And, the answer is…YES!
In addition to the list of approved foods and daily intake amounts outlined in the Smoothie Shakedown Guide, you can also enjoy the following:
Fats & Oils –
- Oils – 2 tbsp daily
Choose from:
Flaxseed Oil, Coconut Oil or MCT Oil - Avocado – 1/2 daily
Fiber-Rich Seeds –
- Seeds – up to 4 tbsp daily
Choose from:
Chia, Ground Flax Seeds or Hemp Seeds
Optional Smoothie Add-ins:
- 1 scoop Daily Greens Formula OR small handful of greens (kale, spinach or romaine)
- 1 tbsp non-GMO soy lecithin or sunflower lecithin granules
