Recipe type: Snack
- 1 (16-ounce) container of strawberries, quartered
- 1 (8-ounce) container blueberries
- 1 (6-ounce) container raspberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoons Stevia
- ¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
- In a small bowl, stir together the lemon juice and Stevia.
- In a large bowl, combine the berries and mint.
- Pour the dressing on top and toss to coat.
