Recipe type: Salad Dressing
- 4 tablespoons flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- Place all ingredients in a small jar and shake vigorously until mixed.
Makes about 2/3 cup
