Pass the Flax Dressing
Recipe Type: Salad Dressing
  • 4 tablespoons flaxseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  1. Place all ingredients in a small jar (or container with a lid), cover, and shake vigorously until mixed.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in a small jar for up to 1 week.

Makes about 1/2 cup
