Smoothie Pops

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein
- 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 small to medium banana (Special Occasion ingredient)
- 1/2 cup whole milk plain yogurt (Special Occasion ingredient)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze.
