|Warm Cauliflower Salad|| |
Recipe type: Salad
- 1 head cauliflower, florets separated
- 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley or chives, chopped
- Add cauliflower to a pot of boiling water and cook until just under; about 5 minutes.
- Remove with slotted spoon and place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with flaxseed oil and sprinkle with herbs.
- Serve warm.
