Blueberry Mint Smoothie- Official Fat Flush Smoothie Shakedown Recipe 

Blueberry Mint Smoothie
Recipe type: smoothie
Serves: 1
  • 8 ounces water
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3-4 mint leaves, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice, optional
  1. Combine water, powder, ice, mint and fruit in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the flaxseed oil, mint and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are incorporated.


Don’t forget your Fat Flush Body Protein!

If you prefer softer chia seeds, add the seeds and water to the blender first; let sit for 1-2 minutes.
Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.

    Who could guess that adding a few mint leaves could totally change the flavor of the good ole standard blueberry smoothie, a staple in my diet for years! LOVED the new flavor and am making the 9 the other mint smoothie tomorrow morning for breakfast! Thanks for all the new choices – eager to see which ones I’ll love!

    Can you use another protein powder? I use non dairy vegan by Warriors

      We have only tested the program with the Fat Flush Body Protein. Otherwise, we recommend looking at the ingredient list and finding something comparable.
