Quick Tips For Success

Flush Out Water Weight

Fat Flush Cran-Water: As part of your daily water intake, mix together one ounce of 100% pure unsweetened cranberry juice with seven ounces plain filtered water to flush out water weight, improve cellulite, and keep your system in cleansing mode.

Avoid These Foods/Drinks

It’s best to avoid alcohol, sodas, gum, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and extra salt during the program.

Better Tasting Smoothies

Shake it up! Experiment with different approved fruits and combinations for variety.
Freeze the fruit. Veteran Shakedowners report that frozen fruit makes the best smoothies.
Ice is nice. For a different texture, you may want to try adding varying amounts of ice cubes.
