Strawberry Limeade Smoothie- Official Fat Flush Smoothie Shakedown Recipe

Strawberry Limeade Smoothie

Serves: 1
  • 8 ounces water
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ¼ of a lime
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice (optional)
  1. Combine water, powder, ice and fruit in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Get the Fat Flush Body Protein for 20 grams of non-GMO protein with no soy, sugar, gluten, or artificial ingredients.

If you prefer softer chia seeds, add the seeds and water to the blender first; let sit for 1-2 minutes.
Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.

    Are you using the ‘whole lime’–rind and all? just the juice? or flesh w/o rind?

      Hi Tamara! We like using the piece of lime ‘whole’–rind and all! 🙂 The rind loses the bitterness you get when you just take a nibble out of it naked. (The blender & other ingredients work some mellowing magic!) The rind does add a definite lime flavor though, so if you want a bit more mild flavor, go with just the juice or flesh. …But I encourage you to just give the rind a try. It’s not as scary as it seems! 😉 Let us know what you think!
