Citrus Broccoli

  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  1. Cook the broccoli (boil or steam); drain and set aside.
  2. Spritz a skillet with olive oil spray and heat over a medium setting.
  3. Saute the garlic until tender, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and lemon juice to the skillet and toss to coat.
